CSA Shares (Community Sponsored Agriculture Shares)
Want the healthiest food on the planet, conveniently and at a good price? Want it USDA inspected, Animal Welfare Approved and organically raised? How about American Grassfed Association certified? Can't handle, or afford, big amounts at a time? Want to personally know your food providers? Ask and you shall receive.
Announcing our pasture to plate CSA:
FLORIDA FIELDS TO FORKS
We will provide, from our family of Florida farms, grassfed Angus beef, pastured Berkshire pork, forage fed Katahdin lamb, free range chicken, pastured organic eggs, organic milk (pasteurized), farmstead cheese and, our organic vegetables. . All meats are organically raised on forage sequences and self grown organic hay. It is USDA processed vacumn packed, weighed, labeled and quickly frozen. Vegetables are grown in self generated compost, free range chickens eat an all natural, GMO free diet and pastured laying hens are fed organic grains.
Membership into the CSA is a one time fee of $25. Then you agree to purchase at least one meat share per month, for the next 3 months (listed below). You choose your share level according to your needs each month. Mix, add and match your monthly choices to a required core share as you want them. Choose these items below.
We are only accepting a finite number of members so the first folks into the CSA will have precedence over later joining members in the distribution of garden veggies, eggs, venison or any other limited offering.
We will make twice monthly deliveries to central meeting locations around Florida from Jacksonville to Key West. If you do not see your area in our delivery zone list, please shoot us an Email. At least fifteen members must be active in a location for us to drop off there.
Captains are needed to recruit and organize delivery zones. Captains receive discounted product, "first come" preference for limited availability items and are the first to know of special offerings. If you are interested in captaining your town, please drop us an Email at

The CSA levels below are based on an a couple's monthly consumption and are as follows. If you have a family, add one more chosen share for every two additional family members:
Remember clean, vacumn packed, frozen meat is good up to a year from purchase date.
Grassfed Angus Beef Share:
Just Beef Share (feeds two people for a month worth of beef ): includes 10 lbs. of 100% grassfed Angus beef and will always include steaks, burger and roasts, ribs or kabob. $87.50/month
Pastured Berkshire Pork Share:
Just Pork Share:(a month's worth of pork for dinner and breakfast for two people) includes 6 lbs of pastured Berkshire pork and includes a mix of chops or loin roast, steaks, sausage, bacon, small ham or ham slices, or Boston butt or picnic. $65/month
Forage Fed Lamb Share:
Just Lamb Share (a month's worth of lamb for two people): 5 lbs of chops, steaks, lamburger, and roast. $65/month
All The Best Combo Share:
ATBCombo Share (a month's worth of beef, pork and lamb for two people): includes 10 lbs of beef, 6 lbs of pork and 6 lbs of lamb cuts representative of the cuts listed in the individual shares above. $215/month
Free Range Chicken Share:(purchased with a red meat share) A chicken a week: (4 pack, about 4 lbs per bird) $68/month
