Florida raised grass fed Angus beef and pastured Berkshire pork are our tender and tasty spotlights. Forage fed Katahdin lamb is available from our partner farmer. All our livestock is organically managed on 4 Arrows Ranch's chemical free pastures in Citra, Florida. Our superb grass fed Aberdeen Angus beef is offered year round. We are unique in that our beef cattle are bred, born and finished on our property. Auction cows are of unknown origin and care routines, so we refuse to use them! Pastured Berkshire pork, is available year round. Acorn finished Berkshire pork is seasonal (fall and winter).
